I am a sales and operations manager with more than 20 years of experience. During this time, I have provided sales and operational leadership to high-performing teams that deliver results.I have developed my career from the ground up – initially with a legal background, then honing my customer service skills as a flight attendant for Virgin Australia. In 2006, I started working in the residential construction industry where I progressed through the industry, initially as a sales consultant, then a Home and Land Manager to regional sales manager, to currently holding the role of Sales Manager for Plantation Homes QLD.Although my experience spans multiple businesses, they all have the unifying element of developing and nurturing relationships. I have led people, teams and operations that have shaped businesses to achieve unprecedented growth and revenue. As a sales manager, I have seen firsthand the challenges sales teams in the property sector face (I was one once too).
