- Created technical design and managed team of engineers to display Playwright test results run in the pipeline automatically in a UI. Collaborated across teams, leveraging an internal test runner to upload results to a static s3 site. This Enterprise wide contribution decreased debugging time by 75% for failing tests.- As Lead Engineer driving Observability for Empath platform, encompassing 80+ developer teams, created New Relic dashboards displaying integral metrics, decreased time from incident to root cause identification by leveraging otel and distributed tracing, encouraged adoption for consuming teams, and created platform SLOs used by the Executive Team.- Drove improvements to internal tool that allows developers to dynamically self-assign roles and permissions for application development and validation.
