Managing both internal and external communications, I support our mission and our entire (small, but mighty!) team. I create the curriculum for our Mastermind and Council services, enabling our clients to secure peer advisory groups lasting from 6-12 months. I co-host the DesignDash Podcast.

As a leadership team member, my goal is to ensure that our firm provides an exceptional client experience by supporting our team internally. I lead a small group of talented professionals, who comprise our marketing, accounting, human resources, and administrative staff. I produce our brand and content strategy, leading our marketing team with an emphasis on storytelling and the human experience. I manage our finance operations, and am responsible for hitting our revenue goals. I lead our procurement staff, supervising the purchasing process to guarantee our clients see a normally stressful process as an effortless one. I direct our human resources systems, including recruiting and reviewing. And lastly, I make sure that our office functions as the home of our team, where everyone can thrive authentically, designing their best work day in and day out.
