I am a coach and former professional football player. I’m also a Certified Athletic Trainer and Certified Performance Enhancement Specialist, with a master’s degree in sports performance training. I played 15 seasons in tackle football, including playing for the USA Women’s National Team and the last two seasons playing in men’s professional football. In 2024 I was the Kicker, Assistant Special Teams Coordinator, Special Teams Player of the Year for the Washington Wolfpack, and lead the league with the longest field goal on the season. In my 15 seasons of football as a WR/FS/QB/K/P I have been a 9x all-star, 10x team captain, WFA National Champion, and IFAF World Champion. I coach in my offseason and have been with the Los Angeles Rams as a YEC since July 2023. I also coach freelance for WRs and work with the industries elite John Carney at specialist camps and combines. I have over 20 years of experience in leadership positions. I am extremely organized, thrive under pressure, and have the utmost integrity and accountability in demanding situations. My career was never built on talent, it was hard work, detail-oriented focus, and a constant state of learning for self-improvement. I believe the best path to get the optimum potential from your athletes is to be the example in what you do, what you say and how you say it.
