Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Marketing, I drafted and edited credit union news and executive (C-suite and CEO) and marketing communications. Under the direction and guidance of the COO and CEO, I drafted plans for strategic projects in marketing (in collaboration with the director of marketing) and product development (in collaboration with the financial and business analysts). Projects included media packages, crisis communication plans, partnerships, quarterly and annual board reports, and client and employee publications that include email campaigns, adverts, whitepapers, and various editorials. Strategic and marketing communications projects included product manuals and sales kits, internal and external talking points (as needed), sales and partner presentations, partner proposals, and most advertising copy. I authored the credit union communications plan, ensured integration in marketing and business development activity, and provided employee coaching and support.
