I co-developed the course material for Voice, Tone and Writing for Conversion, which I taught in 2023. I also taught UX Writing Foundations, a course developed by Elly Searle and Torrey Podmajersky for students in the UX design certificate program, with some of my own touches added. Topics included UX writing principles and best practices, voice and tone guidelines, happy path, error strings, and portfolio presentations.

I was the sole UX writer at Amazon Cloud Drive, where I provided UX writing and marketing copywriting across all of our platforms: web, iOS, Android, Fire TV, Kindle Fire, and Fire phone. I wrote everything from blog posts to website copy to UI text for multiple platforms. My accomplishments include rewriting the entire product marketing website, launching a blog and Twitter page, and writing all copy for the Prime Photos launch, which gave free photo storage to all Amazon Prime customers.I was previously on the Editorial Team at Amazon Local in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment. I produced copy for 40 original daily deals per day; acted as a liaison between the Editorial team and other teams throughout the company to ensure consistency of voice and brand; maintained our Style Guide; adapted and improved our writing processes; and managed the company’s Twitter page. I also trained as a product manager in Amazon Local's Product Manager In Training Program.
