Director of Development Jan 2013 - Sept 2017• Create, implement and monitor progress for a new Strategic Development Plan. • Oversee all aspects of the “Tradition of Giving” Annual Campaign, working closely with staff, board, clergy and lay leaders to increase major gifts. • Develop and update social media presence of the congregation. • Work with the Planned Giving Committee to review, revise, implement and grow the planned giving program.• Plan and direct special fundraising campaigns and events. • Oversee all grant activities for new and existing grants. • Create and distribute results-focused promotional materials that support development activities within the congregation and ensure the visibility of the synagogue’s mission in the community. • Begin preliminary planning for a capital campaign.
