I leave my cape at home (most days), but I use my super powers to teach high school students how to write to fund their futures. I also train my peers on effective college coaching practices to help their students succeed. I’ve been an educator, for over a decade, facilitating writing workshops & educator trainings locally and abroad. Lucky for me, I’ve been able to merge my love for education, writing, and entrepreneurship into one social good company - Capture Greatness! My points of pride are:- Turning a lay-off and school closing into an opportunity to hack the way we think about and prepare inner city students for college- Building a program that has helped first-generation college goers and students from low-income households earn over $1Million in Scholarships (in just 2 school years)- Being recognized as an American Graduate Champion by WHYY, for my college access work in PhiladelphiaAre you looking for interactive writing workshops, engaging student resources, or for someone to facilitate educator trainings around writing and college prep?
