Manage the creative team including UX/UI developers.Lead projects that included the entire discovery process, information architecture and design. This process includes:> Project Planning/Strategy and Client Management: stakeholder interviews, requirements development and assurance> Client Deliverables and Organizational Assets: project briefs, audience matrix/personas, cardsorts, sitemaps, wireframes, mood boards, usability testing, designing the look and feel of websites/mobile apps and style guides. Branding and marketing materials when necessary. Involved in client and industry engagement pertaining to business development, sales, and throughout the project life cycle.

Am responsible for web and multimedia design for numerous clients. I am held accountable for the look and feel of all websites and media presentations from initial concept to the final product--ensuring consistent look across all platforms and browsers. Ensure consistent look of all interactive design matches the corporate brand. Clientele include Richmond International Airport, LandAmerica, Special Olympics Virginia, The Growers Exchange,Estes Trucking, Snag-A-Job, Reynolds Development and Dominion.

Was Responsible for the web and multimedia design for CapitalOne.com and CapitalOne.ca. Ensured consistent branding across mediums. Worked directly with clients, project managers, marketing managers, and the creative director. Prioritized and worked on multiple projects simultaneously. Types of projects included website design, multimedia/flash presentations, banner ads both flash and static, and e-mail campaigns.

Developed all Crescent Digital and Crescent Digitals’ clients branding. This included websites, media presentations, logos, business cards, folders, brochures, marketing collateral, and print advertising. Provided support to marketing and business development groups for collateral and other print/web graphic needs. Produced designs and design specifications for websites, printed material, icons, media and other visual elements. Worked with and lead freelance designers and the development team to implement and refine webpage design to ensure consistency of the corporate identity and cross browser consistency. Types of projects included website design/programming, multimedia/flash presentations, web-casting/video Editing, corporate identity, print/layout design.
