Melissa Baumgartner is the owner and founder of Wellness Speaks; a coaching and consulting company specializing in personal development centered around lifestyle and well-being. She is a National Board Certified Professional Health and Wellness Coach, and a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor. Melissa lives in the St Louis area where she operates a successful personal and group-coaching practice. She teaches at the St Louis Community College, and has partnered with several local businesses; consulting, developing, and delivering trainings to their employees encompassing all aspects of life-style management.
