• Manage a team of 14 employees with over 1050 accounts comprising of over 96,000 units with monthly revenue of nearly $4 million• Develop and host a national management meeting to unify the management team through open door communications. Develop solutions designed to provide an overall superior experience for our customers and employees; increase employee and customer retention; increase efficiency and streamlining business processes• Nationally recognized for a customer retention rate exceeding 25%; team rating within the top 5 teams nationally• Network across company to mobilize resources to quickly resolve and escalate complex customer issues• Maintain employee productivity and commitment to quality and relationship building by encouraging discussions in functional monthly one-on-one meetings; incentive development and facilitating involvement in process improvements• Partner with Sales team and work cross functionally to communicate critical information geared at collaboration and relationship building• Assignment to Sales Director, branch manager and sales teams as an escalated contact for customer related concerns
