Houston, Texas Area

Developed program training outlines for training employees to conduct eligibility interviews for a federal grant to assist at-risk youth in the city's 2nd, 3rd, 5th Wards and primarily inside the 610 Loop. Worked with the managers and employees of the newly developed youth centers to create reporting that reflected their actual performance and production. Worked with a team of workforce develop managers to create educational/job training opportunities through existing underused non-profit groups and inviting the proposals of new vendor/programming. Create policy for accepting vendors and referring eligible youth to appropriate vendors.
