Director, Sales & Marketing
Current- Research, build and execute marketing plan with specific objectives.- Serve on USI leadership and management team to develop core values, core focus, business uniques, processes and procedures.- Develop, manage and implement digital marketing efforts including social media, lead generation list development, job postings and website design/content.- Develop tools and best practices to manage the execution of marketing programs/projects.- Collaborate with sales team to drive marketing programs, identify new customers and sales targeting.- Market through various channels and segment databases.- Develop strategies and tactics to boost company reputation and help drive sales.- Create and ensure that all marketing material is in line with brand identity.- Build strategic relationships and partnerships with vendors and those in industry.- Research demand for the organization's services.- Handle community outreach, press releases and public relations efforts.- Communicate brand values to both internal and external audiences.- Create and execute presentation development for internal and external audiences.- Review all quotes for accuracy before submission to clients.- Execute RFQs for completion, accuracy and constant brand voice.- Help with management of multiple national accounts, secure lighting incentives for clients, etc. as needed.USI has decades of experience in energy efficient and energy management solutions.
