I have been in the customer service industry for over seventeen (17) years. Each with different skills that helped me understand that I am best working with customers directly but with a passion for independent projects. Currently working in medical insurance with Cambia health solutions, I started as a customer service representative with a specialty in larger group plans. Went on to more government groups, behavioral health, web support, and now in other party liability as a specialist in motor vehicle accidents. I have strong customer service experience as well as administrative support. My previous employers are invitation Homes as a Customer Service Representative for the Property Management team, Kenworth Trucking Company as the Division Warranty Admistrator. Other past employments include; sales and admin at Ducky’s Office Furniture, Operator/dispatcher for AutoNation (formerly Barrier Motors) in Bellevue, WA. Various hotels as a front desk agent (and more) in the hospitality industry with 8 years worth of experience.I have a wonderful little family and I am currently only looking for work from home positions since my two little kiddos are small and daycare has limited hours. I take initiative and have an excellent work ethic with a strong passion to learn and grow in excellence. I believe there is always an opportunity to know more and I strive to maintain the utmost quality of work and organization. I do not have a degree but I have years worth of experience and eagerness to learn more on the job.
