It was my experiences in playing college volleyball and really pushing my fitness levels to the max that I realized I LOVE helping people achieve their goals. I help teachers, principals, district managers, and superintendents transition to a mastery learning approach and utilize daily formative assessment. Specifically, my team helps teachers and administrators use the data they gather to make real time interventions and remediation in their classrooms through formative assessments. My role is to work with our current district and school partners in various areas to project manage, provide support and ensure a smooth implementation.
