Led product development primarily for our B2C application, Hangtime. Owner of the product development lifecycle and managed a cross-company roadmap. Cross-functional collaboration with Product Marketing, Analytics, Product Design the R&D team, and external stakeholders. Identified a market gap and facilitated the pivot of the product roadmap to better align with our target market. Grew our DAU by 30 percent after go-to-market strategy was sucessfully launched.

Led the successful launch of our referral program to increase our DAU/MAU for trivia app, Hangtime. Supported on-air talent in community relations and engaging show ideas.
