Born and raised in San Diego, I remember my mom and I looking at homes when I was 10. We loved viewing all kinds of properties, and I remember what an impact my mom’s Realtor had on us. She was always there with comfort, reassurance, and determination on helping my mom find the right house to call home. My mom still lives in that home our Realtor found for us today! As I got older, we found ourselves always walking through model homes on weekends, it was great entertainment! By the time my husband and I bought our first home, I’d probably walked through a thousand homes. In 1999 we gutted a 1989, 3 bed, 2 bath home in Temecula and made it our dream bungalow! After 5 years we sold and moved to Idaho.Both Realtor’s we used on the purchase and sale of our first home did not impressed me. My third interaction with a Realtor ended up mentoring me for the first 3 years, once I had become a licensed Real Estate Professional.Working in a new subdivision with a dozen different builders, daily open houses, architectural control committees, HOAs, and CCR’s: clearly, this was my kind of atmosphere! I learned all sorts of ins and outs of the real estate trade, new product knowledge, a whole new language, and figured out real quick how important listening & great communication skills were required. This was new construction, and I loved it!The satisfaction of helping people find the right house to call home is gratifying and by providing above excellent service, determination, reassurance, and comfort they remember, I will continue to receive referrals and provide quality service to their family and friends as well.
