CurrentProgram Management & Project Management:• Develop and maintain Business System factory definitions for manufacturing planning, ensuring alignment with production and tooling requirements (labor hour estimates, performance monitoring).• Develop and maintain integrated tool and production master schedules, including tool downtimes, rate flow plans, standard flow, and tool sequencing to optimize equipment, material, and personnel efficiency.• Assess and adjust plans due to unplanned events, analyzing impacts on cost, schedule, resources, and delivery, and developing plan modifications as needed.• Participate in negotiations representing Production and Tooling Operations, ensuring schedule commitments and statement of work impacts are met.• Provide cross-functional operational support (Engineering, Tooling, Production, Procurement) to optimize production and tooling processes, managing capacity and constraints.• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high rate of accuracy in tool tracking and usage.Accounting & Finance:• Analyze the current and future business environment, develop forecasts, acquisition, and utilization plans to optimize resources and support company initiatives and program business plans.• Gather and analyze shop performance metrics to recommend improvements and support Production and Tooling Management in decision-making.• Contribute to cost estimation and labor hour forecasting for tooling work packages, ensuring proper tool tracking and reading/understanding technical drawings (e.g., REDARS).• Develop, implement, and maintain integrated shop operating plans to optimize equipment and personnel efficiency while reducing inventory and meeting cost and schedule commitments.• Perform lean process analysis, work sampling, and time studies to identify efficiency opportunities and improve shop performance.
