- Represent Continental as first point of contact for Consumers and Dealers with inquiries. Typical questions are focused on warranty, product availability and product information.- Establish and Maintain a working relationship with our Tire Dealers and New Vehicle Dealers by explaining, educating, and informing them on all elements of the Continental and General Brand warranties.- Become knowledgeable and proficient about external customers, procedures, and warranties to negotiate and resolve inquiries with Customers and Dealers regarding different possible issues.- Follow established procedures to provide correct answers.

- Speak with clients via inbound phone calls to assist them with a wide range of financial inquiries, from account maintenance to identifying and resolving issues - Maintain a problem solving mindset to help uncover client needs and provide timely and accurate solutions to clients.- Collaborate with internal departments - Scrum method & Agile - Daily Scrum and Sprint initiatives- Communicating between team members about evolving requirements and planning- Implementing effective ways of working to carry out a particular task
