- Proactively solicit and re-solicit business- Pulling through business to stakeholder hotels from deployed accounts- Proactively solicit potential new accounts or business opportunities by leveraging business intelligence to generate leads- Visit neighborhood target and local small business accounts- Achieve goal expectations and ensure customer satisfaction through daily activities- Uncover local pull through to establish special corporate for stakeholder hotels- Coordinate local pull through with hotel opening team for the Philadelphia Courtyard South at The Navy Yard

- Banquets: Manage food and beverage functions based on BEO, ranging from 20 to 1600 including: server responsibilities, food and beverage coordination with the kitchen, liaise with PSAV and event technology to provide excellent guest satisfaction- Banquet Beverage: Coordinate bar set-ups based upon BEO and banquet manager needs, maintain inventory par levels, order additional inventory as needed, complete weekly schedule for bartenders based on business- Event Services: Distribute set-ups and room turns within 100,000 sq. ft facility to housemen, fulfill meeting room contact needs by coordinating with all aspects of the hotel including: Engineering, PSAV, Event Technology, and Shipping and Receiving- Inventory and coordinate the ordering of water cooler and jugs, votive candles, and butler passing white gloves- Assist closing coffee breaks by collecting consumption, assuring meeting rooms are cleared, and closing checks in NGS- Manage banquet operations on the overall success of the event- Participate in and leading banquet teams and actively participating servicing events- Ensure and provide exceptional customer service by responding and handling guest compliments/concerns- Conducts Human Resources activities including observing service behaviors and provides feedbacks to associates- Set high standards of performance for self and others toward GSS, ESS, and working objectives
