Claims Supervisor

Processing new vehicle transportation damaged claims filed by both foreign and domestic auto manufacturers with an emphasis on claims filed by Ford Motor Company, Chrysler and General Motors. Responsible for tracking open claims issues, payments to the manufacturers and ensuring declined claims were removed from the respective accounts.

Receive incoming disputed claims from trucking companies, railroads and ocean carriers. Determine validity of denial using Ford Motor Company policy and transportation/contractual law. Manage all transportation carriers outstanding claims. Adjudicate incoming claims. Assist in the training of staff members including Ford Motor Company representatives
