Current- Assess relevant training and learning needs analysis for employees and the organisation
- To design and deliver L&D strategies, processes and interventions that support World Animal Protection’s ambition to be a high performing organisation; to include initiatives which foster a high performance culture.
- Design learning and development interventions necessary to meet the training needs of staff, or manage this activity via external providers.
- Appoint, quality assure and manage contracts with external trainers, facilitators, coaches, mentors and training providers
- Organise training venues, logistics, transport, accommodation as required, to achieve efficient training attendance and delivery
- Monitor evaluate and develop the training, learning and development interventions provided at World Animal Protection
