I've helped climate tech and clean tech companies across the U.S. define their product-market fit and obtain funding. I design and implement realistic go-to-market strategies that draw on my experience overseeing utility procurement and change management for new capital infrastructure, designing technology roadmaps for the federal government, educating policymakers and regulators about emerging technologies, and measuring and verifying rate and technology demonstrations.I have built and led cross-functional teams (it doesn't matter whether we work for the same organization, you can be on my team!), delivered multi-million dollar projects on time and on buddget, and still mentor direct reports from over 10 years ago.I have over 20 years of power infrastructure, energy and climate policy, and energy market design experience. I'm a two-time entrepreneur that has transformed concepts into products and then scaled those products quickly. Because I'm a recovering academic and national lab researcher I go deep, and because I'm a former management and strategy consultant I know how to develop executable processes and teach people how to use them.At the heart of all of this, I am not your typical clean tech executive. I am a first-generation arrival to the United States, which shapes my perspectives and aspirations to use technology to improve the lives of others. I spent much of my childhood as my parents' cultural interpreter and I understand what it feels like to be on the outside looking in, wondering what the punchline of the joke is. I know how to be resourceful, persistent, and the difference between empathy and sympathy.
