Throughout my professional experience in office support roles, my work often overlapped with IT initiatives. Having successfully supported IT's roll out of various software and beta testing, I developed an interest in IT. I have experience dissecting and organizing complex information for dissemination, customer service, conflict resolution, budget and market analysis, fiscal management, negotiations, public speaking, research, and design.I'm Known For...Doing my homework, connecting people on projects for award-winning results, digging deep for information, simplifying complex subjects, creatively educating target audiences using multiple resources in the best places, and doing whatever is needed to get the job done. My Recent Projects Currently, I am researching Information Technology roles and paths for success. Previously, I coordinated all services that support the office of Academic Affairs at King University. This involved heading initiatives to streamline processes, software setup and training, and assist students, faculty, staff, alumni, board members, vendors, and community partners for the smoothest and most effective experience possible.My Greatest Achievements I took great pride in leading the administration of the inaugural class of Addiction Medicine fellows and launching the Addiction Medicine Project ECHO virtual clinic. These initiatives have established a robust framework that will support individuals struggling with addiction in my region for years to come. Through strategic planning and effective coordination, I ensured the success of these programs, which are now pivotal in addressing addiction challenges and fostering healthier communities.Blocks I've Been Around Working with a variety of people on several projects will allow opportunities to arise. I welcome a challenge and keep my eyes focused on the organizational goal. I also feel that everyone has something to contribute. I am successful at filtering and organizing these contributions into an outcome that is pleasing to all involved.Hobbies/ActivitiesI like listening to live local music, hiking/walking my dog, traveling, meditation, yoga, and prayer. I hope to be a yoga instructor one day and travel the world practicing/teaching yoga.
