• Led content conceptualization and creation for product lines serving corporate learning, higher education, and HBR audiences. Partnered with Marketing on customer research, product positioning and pricing. • Led collaboration of three HBP divisions to create over 300 short videos for The HBR Channel and Harvard ManageMentor. Videos used in self-paced online, classroom, and blended learning:• Infused videos with powerful story-telling featuring variety of experts—academics, thought leaders, consultants, and executives from diverse industries.• Expanded range of video styles to include documentary, motion graphics, actors demonstrating inappropriate behaviors, actual coaches critiquing behaviors in talk-show format, and actors showing improved behaviors. • Managed team of 20 FT and contract instructional and graphic designers, writers, programmers, producers. • Developed efficient production processes. Instead of unscripted video interviews requiring extensive and expensive shooting and editing, used disciplined pre-production process to plan shoots with experts. Each shoot typically accommodated up to six experts and generated material for 8-12 videos. • Created continuous cycle of improvement with weekly video screenings and encouragement of—and response to—constructive critiques from all three HBP divisions.• Generated 11.2 million views as well as pre-roll ad revenue on HBR.org—unprecedented at the time.• Won Most Innovative Solution of the Year for a learning product design and the company's One Enterprise Award for improving and growing HBP’s business.
