Current● Engaged in one-on-one therapy services for survivors of sexual assault and domesticviolence using therapeutic modalities including motivational interviewing, internal familysystems, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral and dialectic behavior therapy.● Focused on strengths based approaches and client centered perspectives to promoteepistemic justice, trust, alliance and empowerment.● Facilitated The Healing Journey Group in the Fall and Spring semesters to create adiverse, open space for survivors to join together in community. I structured the five-week curriculum, incorporating discussion around trauma responses, coping mechanisms,boundary setting and grounding techniques.● Provided advocacy support to those involved in legal obligations by attendingCivil/RFA court.● Implemented active listening, grounding techniques and case management throughadvocacy support on the 24/7 hotline.
