Provide consultative services that include an evaluation of current diagnostic and achievement data, curriculum, instructional and technology uses. Accountable for the creation, implementation, and ultimate success of a customized professional development plan which addresses supporting the changes of practice within a team, building, or district. Posted year-over-year gains in standardized testing scores and 100% contract renewals.Formats included one-on-one coaching or modeling, small or large group format delivery, as well as virtual and online learning community facilitation. All learning events coordinated and executed independently.Demonstrated ability managing multiple complex projects with diverse stakeholders (~$18-26 million per year), problem solving, working successfully under tight deadlines, as well as building and maintaining strong customer relationships.Additionally responsible for supporting the internal curriculum development process (ADDIE model) for field services consultants that support a national customer base, setting standards for consultants in the design of customer specific curriculum and instruction materials, development of learning resources, and the ongoing retooling of customer facing courses according to market demand.
