• Mentor and lead the designers of our in-house team and in our branch offices, fostering a collaborative atmosphere• Maintain brand standards and style guidelines to ensure brand awareness across all mediums• Conceptualize and execute overall creative strategies including photography, printed materials, web pages, video, and digital campaigns• Review and approve marketing design, photography, and digital graphics developed by team members and third-party vendors, maintaining brand integrity• Operate as a senior creative contributor, creating designs for various marketing materials
