There are many important attributes to being a strong leader. To me, the most important is for people to know you care about them as a person. Once they know you genuinely care, they are more willing to be coached and work to exceed expectations. This is the center of my leadership style along with listening to the needs of the greater team and being responsive. I am extremely passionate on developing people and unlocking their true potential. The majority of my career has been spent on field operations. I have a demonstrated history of driving strong business operations exceeding metrics on revenue, labor, and expenses with a prioritization around people development generally yielding low turnover in my area. While my skills are transferable to other industries, my experience mostly has been devoted to education management where I have the opportunity to change student lives. Being able to work in a company where I can support the company vision and mission along with business growth is extremely rewarding to me.
