In charge of Recruiting and Selection process of high volume of direct labor, administrative and Technician positions (Job Fairs, ads empleo.com, prescreening, interviews, tests, references):Experience in hiring transferred positions, including the passport and visa application requests for candidates who travel for training purposes. Manage the Recruiting process from beginning to end, I receive the open requisitions from staffing Managers, as part of our talent attraction strategy I post in our tracking system (empleo.com) the requirements for the position or I organize Job fairs to identify the best talent. Once I have analyzed the resumes, I proceed to prescreening candidates according to the position requirements and call to schedule an interview. I conduct competences interviews and present the best candidates to hiring managers. Once the decision is taken I deliver the job offer to the candidate. In charge of Hire Orientation process for new employees. Coordinate expositors, room, agenda. Expose the Human Resources politics. Update and Improve HR process, procedures and job descriptions.Be an alliance between planning and production for high volume recruiting.Progressive Discipline plansRelationship plans. Facilitate timely resolution of employee issues.Manage different projects: Implement Values campaign, Perform Educational programs, Social Responsibility activities.Provide support to company general activities and Human Resources administrative tasks.
