Through over 17 years in real estate, I been through the ups and downs of the real estate market. From helping home buyers/sellers in a hot market to working through the foreclosure and short sale crisis – I have the experience to guide others no matter what the circumstance. My passion and dedicated to help others and my genuine commitment to serving my clients has helped build our company. Education and professionalism are important to me. Early in my career I became a Certified Residential Specialist, which is the highest professional designation awarded to Realtors. Less than 4% of all Realtors hold the CRS Designation. Of course, I didn’t stop there, I also hold: At Home With Diversity, C2EX, e-Pro, Graduate of REALTOR Institute, Texas Affordable Housing Specialist, and Texas REALTOR Leadership Program graduate. I began to give back within my industry early on. I built my volunteer leadership skills which launched me to become the 2018 President of the Collin County Association of REALTORS (which hasd 8,500 agents that year). I also served on the National Association of REALTOR Board of Directors and Professional Development committee. I have served for many years on the Board of Directors for Texas REALTORS where I’m currently in leadership on the MLS/Technology Committee.Accomplishments that I am proud of include: Multi-Million Dollar Producer Award, Coldwell Banker International Sterling Society Award, Real Estate Instructor, REALTOR of the Year 2017, Altura Small Business of the Year 2017, Wylie News Real Estate Broker of the Year 2020, and Top Selling Team in Wylie TX for many years.I also LOVE to teach other REALTORS. You can find me teaching a GRI Class to 60+ agents or spending 1-on-1 time with an agent on my Team. I truly want to help agents build their business by providing systems and tools to ensure they succeed. I also teach Legal Update classes.
