I have spent my entire career working in cold sales environments - whether as the rep making cold calls, working with an associate scheduling my cold meetings, or training and leading entire sales organizations through their cold outreach process. As a sales management leader, I focus sales reps on 3 key concepts proven to increase the efficacy and effectiveness of cold outreach, all while increasing the value of the sales pipeline, accelerating the development of the core skill set of the sales organization, and ultimately increasing revenues.
