Within the Oral Health category, specifically working on parodontax, Poligrip, and Polident brands, there were various experiences of managing and facilitating commercial innovation launches to better serve our consumers and customers. • Co-lead for the successful commercial innovation launch of Polident's new range of products, leading to expansion of business and benefiting a wider range of our consumers.• Co-lead for the successful innovation launch or parodontax new products, assisting in the development of short and long term brand strategies for the business. • Help expand the e-commerce strategy in line with brand strategy • Commercial lead for internal content review process; liaison between internal brand and creative agencies • Measure performance and identify drivers and drainers across the parodontax & Denture Care business to drive marketing effectiveness and consumption growth

Rotation 2: June 2019 – February 2020: Consumer Healthcare R&D New Product Development Scientist Associate - Digestive HealthThe second 9-month rotation of the GSK Future Leaders Program focused in on the scientific activities in the New Product Development role. Within the Digestive Health category, tailored to US brands such as Tums and Benefiber, there is an immense amount of work to coordinate stability, efficacy, analytical, quality, packaging and sensory aspects of a new product. Working through the NPD scientific activities ultimately impacts the consumer's experience and the R&D pipeline.• Led Tums expansion project - overseeing stability protocols, determination of various packaging options impact, and quality check• Conduct literature review and analytical R&D recommendation on new product development for Benefiber in order to better inform stakeholders determining Benefiber innovation pipeline • Co-led initial Tums innovation NPD activities such as supplier meetings, regulatory review and approval, and medical discussions on efficacy of innovation• Supplier site visit to facilitate and oversee batch trials of Benefiber's product development

Rotation 1: September 2018 – May 2019: Consumer Healthcare R&D Innovation - Rx to OTC Switch The first 9-month rotation of the GSK Future Leaders program started off within R&D Innovation, specifically Rx to OTC Switch. Rx to OTC switch is the scientific and regulated process of transferring a prescription drug (Rx) to non-prescription over-the-counter medication. Rx to OTC switches ultimately bring a variety of benefits to the consumer, including increased access, less doctor visits, and convenient and affordable options to treat their symptoms. Working through brainstorm and ideation within the Rx to OTC switch team, ultimately driving breakthrough innovation while switching key molecules to OTC status, is a vital step in the consumer healthcare R&D pipeline.• Assess key future Rx to OTC switch molecules - including their safety, efficacy, pharmacologic, and commercial backgrounds • Oversee and run a landscape consumer sensory study to drive product innovation satisfactory to the consumer’s wants and needs • Facilitate consumer research study that aims to understand consumer needs with certain conditions, experiencing firsthand the “consumer first” foundation of our science
