Theatre Bay Area is one of the largest theatre service organizations in the nation. I hold TBA's entire portfolio of programs, the majority of which are grantmaking. I plan and produce TBA's Annual Conference, attended by theatre professionals from all over Northern California. I also plan and produce TBA's webinar series. As a grantmaker, my primary concern is removing roadblocks to participation, especially for marginalized people, and working towards a sustainable future for all Bay Area theatre workers.
