As a strategic advisor and coach, I've transformed corporate culture for various growing organizations, improving employee retention and overall business results. During my tenure as the Human Resource Director at Contemporary Staffing Solutions, I spearheaded the strategic expansion of the HR department, to include Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion, and Compliance. One of my most significant achievements was devising an action plan to address employee satisfaction, which led to a 20% increase in employee retention and recognition as a Philadelphia Top Workplace for four consecutive years. Additionally, I was a finalist for the 2020 Delaware Valley HR Person of the Year award.When I'm not working you can find me experimenting with gluten-free baking that doesn't hopefully taste gluten-free, (a challenge if you've ever sampled a gluten-free product).
