Hello, my name is Melissa Hoople. I am wife of 30+ years and mother of 5. I have spent the last 3 decades of my life managing a business or figuring out how to improve business processes or prospects, while also continuing to educate myself in necessary areas. I have had the unique opportunity to work for some small to mid-sized companies that required me to wear many hats and obtain several skill sets. During my career I have worked as a Business Development Director, Director of Operations, Director of Customer Service teams, Educator and as a Project Manager on many US and international client projects. I am familiar with several media, software and social platforms regularly used to manage business and client data.I have a Bachelor’s degree, Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences in Conjunction with Adolescent to Young Adult Integrated Social Sciences; Education / History Focus. I also passed the Ohio state history core testing required to work in Ohio. While job opportunities arose that sent me in a different direction, I continue to do independent research on various current and historical social behaviors and events in my spare time.
