I photograph, edit and organize original state and federal documents. I assess the federal, state and local decision making in regards to the implementation of federal policies.

I manage a portfolio of research projects that test financial innovations and messaging to help low and moderate income consumers in the United States.

I research and develop cases on innovation in participatory governance for Participedia, an online resource for elected officials and nonprofits. Additionally, I create teaching tools for those interested in encouraging participation in decision making processes.

I develop presentations for the Boulder Institute's Master Class on Microfinance in both English and Spanish. I also help develop facilitation tools for their cases and conduct research on regional examples of the issues facing microfinance institutions using the Mix Market.

Assisted a small nonprofit based in Santiago, Chile in formalizing their internal processes for proposal development and implementation. Investigated issues related to open government, transparency and citizen participation in Chile and Latin America. Prepared grant applications and developed project plans to build capacity of civil society organizations and promote their involvement in regional forums for decision making such as the Cumbre in Peru in 2018 and the regional agreement on Principio 10. Created a framework to compare Lobby laws of countries in the Western Hemisphere. Developed proposals including one on improving the capacity of civil society organizations in Brazil and the other on implementing a Lobby Law in Argentina.
