Project / Portfolio ManagementPerformed an in-depth study of 400+ Information Security (InfoSec) controls defined as both PCI and internal compliance requirements across Auto Club Enterprises (ACE). Working from executive goals statements, created a high-level program scope document & resource model for the 2018-19 InfoSec compliance project portfolio. In two years, the portfolio quadrupled in size. Our focus was streamlining IT Ops management across multiple data centers. I provided regular program status reports & executive presentations at the project, program, Director, VP & CIO levels. I also analyzed & tracked program risks & mitigation plans. • Tracked the portfolio budget; designed & implemented a complex Excel model aligning data from multiple, disparate enterprise systems.• Led multiple project initiatives & iterations including social platform development, application customization & release management, infrastructure dependency mapping, business process analysis & design & mapping to new software systems, • Acted as an SME in the migration of that portfolio tracking capability into MS Project Server; mentored Project Managers & Service Managers in project management & MS Project skill sets.

• Designed & implemented an Oracle Interactive Reporting (OBIEE) model against multiple financial & operational data stores performing commission calculations for 60+ sales representatives. Reverse-engineered business rules from existing models. The program executes complex but highly auditable business rules to determine incentive eligibility, & performs policy exception calculations.• Provided programming & analytical support for appeals response, auditing, & sales quota calculations. • Designed & implemented a database in MS Access to provide senior management reporting on revenue production, sales targets & forecasts, compensation & other costs of doing business. Defined & tracked Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by individual sales representative.• Scheduled batch processing (120 cycles & 350 output reports) with Hyperion Workspace tools.

• Elicited business requirements, designed, & implemented small-scale end-user data warehouse applications using Hyperion Interactive Reporting & JavaScript. Supported internal customers in Sales, Operations, Claims, & Legal.• Analyzed long-standing issues in an existing suite of reports: identified & repaired logic errors in the Extract, Transform & Load (ETL) mapping & data transformation; redesigned the reports for greater utility in the field; & implemented a front-end menu for end-user multiple criteria selection. Deployed, upgraded & supported this system for 200+ web-based users.• Re-wrote a portfolio of 50 OBIEE models & Oracle A/P reports to utilize a redesigned data warehouse schema & to conform more closely to the existing customer contracts. Enhancements included reconciliation & exception handling as well as decision support based on additional data analyses of multiple factors. Collaborated with Revenue Management staff to audit the models for accuracy, contract compliance, & self-documentation.
