Responsible for creating the process and operationalizing company functions - both internally and externally - from the ground up. Reported to the startup’s U.S. based CEO. Initially, responsibilities were more Marketing in nature and was tasked with building the brand and creating new strategic retail partnerships. Scope included brand management, marketing, day-to-day leadership and sales. Directly managed 3 associates. Ultimately worked with 8 suppliers and sub-contractors and was responsible for procurement/sourcing and managing all Operations functions and budgets.
