• Serve as sole pastor of church with 100 members. Lead church council and congregation members in growing in their faith and exploring how to strengthen the church. Equip and empower congregation leaders. Collaborate with other area churches and non-profit organizations.

• Provide spiritual care to patients, families, and staff in all hospital units. Respond to all patient deaths, code blues, and level one traumas while providing on-call coverage on weekends and overnights. Lead support groups. From March 2023 to July 2023 serve as chaplain at Hillcrest Senior Living including leading worship.

• Provide spiritual care for residents in skilled nursing, TCU, assisted living, and memory care. Lead devotions, worship, spiritual conversation group. Coordinate and enhance resident care with interdisciplinary team.• Provide weekend day coverage handling all spiritual health requests at M Health Fairview Ridges Hospital. • Provide overnight on-call coverage for two hospitals. Tend to the grief and despair during COVID pandemic.

• Preach, lead worship, prepare and lead group Bible studies, lead and engage in activities with children and youth, visit and provide pastoral care for members within a congregational setting

• Lead worship services and devotions for residents in skilled nursing, memory care, assisted living, and independent living, lead Bible study for assisted living residents, respond to pastoral care emergencies including attending deaths of residents, create spiritual growth opportunities for residents and staff

• Work and learn alongside congregation staff and leaders in various ministries of the church including worship planning and leading, adult education, and supporting efforts to strengthen the diverse neighborhood • Build interfaith relationships within the neighborhood surrounding the church

• Worked as part of an interdisciplinary team in a 600-bed hospital to provide spiritual care for patients and families as they face health crises. Served primarily on a medical/surgical unit. Provided on-call coverage for spiritual care emergencies across the hospital.
