This especially translates into my coaching and professional development presentations through the use of various strategies that enable others to take ownership of their own progress and through my ability to see others strengths in order to manage projects and even successfully. Through coaching teachers over the past four years and providing professional development for teaching for the past ten years, I have been able to equip educators with the tools to help students, including English learners (ELs) and struggling students, across content areas.My project management skills have been sharpened through organizing events of varying objectives and sizes for over 6 years. These events range from weekly professional development sessions for approximately 40 staff to larger events such as a school-wide science fair involving over 800 students, teachers, parents, and volunteers. Outside of the school setting, I have also co-organized an incredibly successful 4-day, $10,000 dance event for approximately 300 people that required overseeing and coordinating 14 team members and 12 local and out-of-state instructors.
