She is an expert in API management, agile project management, and agile application development, with an executive certificate in management and leadership from MIT Sloan School of Management. At Thynk.Cloud, she leads the design and development of a turnkey hospitality sales and operation solution powered by Salesforce, the world’s leading CRM. She leverages her technical, business, and conversational skills to deliver impactful solutions that improve the human experience. Melissa is also a co-founder of Diversify Thinking, an initiative that promotes diversity and inclusion in STEM education and careers. She is passionate about empowering women in tech and has volunteered with multiple global organizations to mentor, inspire, and support them.
