I am a passionate customer service, sales and marketing professional with 4+ years of experience in sales strategy, brand management and customer engagement from time spent in retail management, and not-for-profit sectors. Most recently, I have maintained a position as the Marketing & Sales Manager for Bahama Biologics Ltd., a parent company for nutrition franchises Nature's Discount and General Nutrition Centers Bahamas. Here, I created web content, designed and implemented a mix of marketing campaigns and oversaw corporate sales strategy. In this role as in many of my previous positions, I was driven by my potential to create meaningful impact beyond simply selling products. By focusing on understanding customer needs while remaining engaged with our sales goals, I increased brand exposure through community partnerships, referral programs and stimulating participation in customer loyalty schemes.
