CurrentSupply Review and Negotiation: Perform daily and long-term trading in the physical market and manage financial hedging for large customers. Review utility rate case filings and intervene, when necessary, on behalf of consumer markets and/or marketers.Marketing and Business Capture: Drive operational efficiency and cost optimization initiatives to deliver improved margins for the Sales team, while delivering superior customer service to key customers.Provide Leadership and Guidance: Lead and develop Operations, Scheduling, and Sales teams in risk management, proficiency, and customer satisfaction. Represent Enspire at industry events to promote and further develop Enspire’s brand in the market. Continuing Best Practices: Implement change management strategies and process improvements that enhance operational performance and streamline business processes. Promote interdependent working relationships and collaborative strategy sessions.
