As a Graphic Designer at Intellectual Technology, Inc., I designed and developed digital marketing materials for various e-commerce clients, increasing their conversion rates, engagement, and brand awareness. I also collaborated with the IT team to implement user interface and user experience best practices, using Adobe XD, HTML, and CSS. With the help of the Google UX Design and Google Analytics Certification courses, I enhanced my skills and knowledge in user research, prototyping, testing, and data analysis, applying them to my projects and delivering user-centric solutions.I have a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Indiana University Bloomington, where I learned how to communicate effectively, creatively, and persuasively through written and visual media. I also gained experience as a Graphic Design Lab Assistant, helping two graphic design classes in learning Adobe Suites, design principles, and HTML. I have a strong passion for marketing and designing for better user experiences, and I am committed to continuing learning all aspects of the business, from business development to IT. I strive to do my best and have empathy while doing it.
