NAWBO is the premier organization in the United States representing the interests of all women business owners. NAWBO Chicago, one of the largest of the organization's more than 70 chapters, offers a wealth of opportunities ranging from contacts and networking to learning, advocacy and growth.

While overseeing 24 events annually, the Executive Director was also responsible for all membership recruitment and membership services. Duties also included managing eight committees and 300 volunteers.
