I identified qualified applicants, proactively sourced passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and Entelo, and used SmartRecruiters to track applicants as they moved through the recruiting lifecycle. I conducted first round interviews for my candidates and coordinated their journey through technical and behavioral interviews to ensure a top notch candidate experience. At the conclusion of the interview process, I presented candidates with offers, negotiated salaries, followed hiring protocol upon a signed offer, and assisted with orientation and onboarding at the local level. Additionally, I took on a few side projects during my time. I worked with a team of recruiters to redesign our referral program. We were able to create a presentation that was added into the standard new hire orientation as a way to educate and excite employees about the referral program. I also created a training for new interviewers on our team and conducted it at a company wide level once per quarter. Finally, I planned and executed a referral based event called Friends of CapTech annually. This event typically resulted in a spike in referral generation and increased interest and engagement from candidates.I also acted as an interim Administrative Assistant whenever the office did not have support in this department. This role involved maintaining relationships with catering vendors, office set up and teardown for meetings and events, general ordering and stocking of office supplies and snacks, and training of new employees within this department. -
