The whole meaning for this group was to provide a safe space for Asians (particularly related to dating). As a full time mod, I approved posts, responded to messages on our page's inbox, handled reported content, dealt with members that cause trouble in the group, and handle events. The group has over 600k members and is an ever growing group. I also helped run the Instagram page with over 5k members and the Discord with over 4k members. This has led to many awesome opportunities big and small regarding events and collaborations due the size of this group.

Extracted relevant tax laws for clients through thorough research and resolved tax law questions through direct communication with various state department of revenue employees. Assisted in corporate income tax returns.

I audited an average of 12-16 audits on my own at a time and managed deadlines in order to close 25+ audits. Daily tasks included researching law facts and previous law cases in order to be fully informed when interacting with companies I audited. I assisted in training new employees and created a training doc for all new hires. Closed a multi-state tax commission audit with an international company.

As a Korean American, I felt that I would like to give back to the Korean community by helping grow this group. I was a moderator for the main SKT KakaoTalk chat with 250+ members and the Facebook page with 34k+ members. I helped run the Instagram with 200+ members (I was the one to start the Instagram the end of June 2020) and also run the LinkedIn group here. I also helped mod and actively participated in 4-5 other big Kakaotalk chats that branched out from the main one. With regards to the events- I helped run a lot of the events personally, with help with one or two other mods. I made the Facebook posts and also Instagram posts to promote these events. I have directly helped run the SKT speed dating event, a resume workshop, helped with organizing the Microsoft x SKT collab networking event, and also interviewed SKT members of the community to feature them on our Instagram/Facebook (just to name a few).

-Coached private tennis lessons for 7 children ages 6-12 throughout summer, implementing a lesson plan based on personal assessment of skill level and interest. -Supervised and directed activities for different sets of 30+ kids ages 4-12 in summer camp every week-Assisted with the tennis part of summer camp program every day with average 10-20 kids on my court-Operated cash register and handled customer orders-Checked in members to the pool and created playlists for the pool music

A two day leadership program where I had the opportunity to learn more about EY and the professionals who worked there. There were a lot of activities throughout both days, and the first day ended with a boat ride around Lake Michigan.

A one day job shadow experience where I was able to get a tour of the Chicago office, network with alumni from Indiana University, as well as learn more about the service lines at PwC. During the event, I was able to meet alumni that were in different service lines and ask for advice on choosing the right fit for career paths and listen to each individual's unique story as to how they went from Indiana University to PwC and why they chose that particular service line.

A one day event where I had the opportunity to interact with employees of Plante Moran of all stages in their career and different service lines that were able to give advice to me and my peers. I had the opportunity to ask questions to each employee that represented their service line and discover more about what made Plante Moran and the particular service line unique.

A one day event where I was able to meet higher level management and interact with consultants that were alumni from Indiana University. I learned more about Deloitte consulting and was able to get answers to my in depth questions about consulting and other service areas at Deloitte.

This was a two day program where I was able to interact with employees of different levels of management. On the first day, I had the opportunity to delve deeper into a case and gain a better understanding of financial terms by discussing it with peers and experienced employees. During both days, I acquired a firsthand experience of a typical day's work of a financial analyst and customer relations employee.
