I have over 10 years of experience as an Operations Analyst. During that time I have been trained and helped develop a number of different platforms and reporting systems.I would really describe myself as a person who is detailed oriented, with operational knowledge, established experience with Microsoft office and expense systems, prove capability to work independently with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. I have a sense of strong commitment to the team along with outstanding customer relationships. I am adaptable and quick learning and able to problem solve. In 2010 while working for Evergreen Investments, Wells Fargo Funds Management acquired the company. At that time both companies had different reporting systems. I was asked to act as the liaison for the Data Validation team in creating and enhancing the Reporting System to bridge Evergreen Investments and Wells Fargo Funds Management to one platform including executing test cases within the user interface.I began with learning SPR which was the current reporting system of Wells Fargo Funds Management. I reached out to end users to get a better understanding of what their current processes were, also identifying issues, and finding what a perfect world would look like. Based on my findings I made recommendations to enhance the current reporting system being used from Evergreen Investments. With the new enhancements this was able to streamline processes, accurately report sales and assure revenue goals were consistently achieved.
