The first point of contact for TaskUs who provide administrative support across the organization, creating and improving process workflows of the team to have a seamless day-to-day operation and in charge of arranging the travel needs of executives or teammates visiting the site. Moreover, we are responsible for sourcing vendors (hotel, shuttle, car rental, etc) for operation needs and handling negotiations to close the deal as well as preparing and processing contractual agreements between the company and the vendors.

Managing the executive’s calendar and emails.Scheduling meetings and personal appointments for the client.Listing and filing expense receipts and generating monthly expense reports.Maintaining an updated list of contacts through the company CRM.Booking travel and accommodation (flight, hotel, car rental).Performs office tasks including maintaining records and ordering supplies.

Processing payments to suppliers, adding receipts to booking files in the system, quoting insurances for clients, and performs other admin tasks for accounting and documentation.

Identifying, analyzing, and initiating the escalation process in an organization based on the escalation criteria specified by the organization, investigating and solving an escalated hotel booking, and liaising with the Operations Team about the findings of the case and do necessary actions in closing the case.
